Install file for 32bit vs 64bit MSAccess applications

I need an install file written that determines the bitness of the operating system AS WELL AS MSAccess on a client environment. i have an attempt at an install file already which ‘kind’ of works. The problem is when people have click to run installations of access one seemingly cannot just use the method of checking the uninstall of outlook in the registry. but its something to work from.
