I work as a Graphic / Print / Web / Brand / UI & UX Designer. I have 15 years experience as a creative professional. During that time I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects from small to large. I have crafted new brands from scratch and been tasked with breathing new life into old one.

During my career I have been both a team member and a leader. In my most recent project I am responsible for the overall aesthetic, brand management and content creation for Cohorted. I manage a small and dedicated team of four people remotely across two cities.

Managing a team remotely takes a well organised approach and great communication. Creating clear action plans and defining project goals in massively important. It is important to make sure that everybody who is involved in delivering a project understands their role and how their work will relate to and impact on everybody else’s.

“Design should be seen as more than the frosting on a functional interface”. Best quote ever…. A usable website is important but more important is to make the user desire to use your website. This is my objective: I believe that the internet should be more fun. I love colour and typography. I love my work and take pride in everything I create even though I know it can always be better.
