Excel Business Plan to be developed for a hotel project

We have a large hotel project, where excel business plan financials need to be drafted, for the purpose of presenting to a financial institution purchaser.

We require someone who has previously drafted a financial business plan in excel previously, specifically in the hotel sector.

We currently have draft projections for the hotel aspect.

We request a phone/skype call prior to job acceptance.
