Need some new pages for my website, SEO and functionality check

I have a networking website and I want to add a trip adviser style ratings page.
The site is for Insurance Brokers and I want them to be able to rate the interactions with insurance companies. ( a 5 star rating system over a number of different factors).
Aside from this, I would also like a my site to be optimised for search engines along with a functionality audit on the features I currently have running.
