Khoros, formerly Spredfast + Lithium, is a social marketing platform that helps companies authentically connect with customers throughout their journey from social media to online communities and messaging to digital customer care. My role as a Project Manager for Khoros includes the following;

– Outline project plans and collaborate closely with senior leadership across multiple accounts to determine the resources needed on projects for all Khoros social customers.
– Ensure projects remain under budget and are delivered on time by initiating corrective action where necessary
– Create data tracking documents via excel to analyze resources needed for a given timeline, budget, and/or deliverable.
– Actively assessing project risks and proactively resolving issues by developing contingency plans
