I need a professional homepage design

I am working with a small organisation which has recently rebranded, and is looking to develop a new website. The website should:

• be simple, clean, modern, with *no photographs*;
• stick to a restricted colour palette (predominantly using teal and grey for text, with yellow as a highlighter);
• follow the graphic style of the attached flyer – such as blocks of colour to house pertinent information;
• don’t overuse the repeat pattern or the angled text – otherwise the page could get too confusing/cluttered.

It is difficult to find photographs or illustrations which represent our work. Instead, we want to use graphic motifs, such as the element from our logo. We think www.equalsalary.org is a great example of this in practice.

We are looking for someone to design the homepage initially and, if we are happy with the design direction, then to also design the 15+ interior pages.
