PHP Coding on current Website

I have a website at http://bulldogshow.co.uk

The overall database structure is not great MySQL and need re-designed and results migrated over.
The code within is very messy and could do with a major tidy up.

Have a look at the website and its functionality. It is all controlled via admin CRUD custom system.

The website is HTML, Boostrap, PHP, MySQL and Javascript.

I need a price for complete new website using most existing code that is tidier and up to date.
This will also include the database re-design.

If you apply you must be an expert in PHP as this is all custom code.
