Shopify store needs APIs and CRM
I have built a shopify store which is not live just yet. We are hoping to go live soon but could require a lot of admin if we go live as is.
We need a bit more automation happening behind the scenes to process orders, invoices and help our workers claim expenses easily rather than doing this via spreadsheets as they do today.
– Shopify stroe orders need to send somewhere like a crm for a team of people to claim that ticket and open chat with the customer who placed the order
– we also have tickets being raised via discord they need to go here too
– we need to be able to have custom fileds on certain invoices we send ourmt to customers where it works out a 95% / 5% difference
– we need something like Xero setup and working with the same CRM so our workers can submit claims with automatic invoices based on the specific orders they have processed
– it would be an advantage if you know about marketing automation and can get this set up too
