Zoho CRM setup and integration

Looking for a Zoho CRM expert to setup a proof-of-concept build for a unique healthcare project. The expected deliverable at the end of the project would be a fully working build along with the build instructions for it.

Expertise in the associated Zoho apps would also be required(eg. Zoho Desk, etc), in order to integrate the various functionality.

Our requirements would range from the basics, like setting up an hierarchy, to more complex stuff like cross-user calendar permissions.
